2 Year Anniversary
Some have argued that yesterday was indeed not my half birthday. Since I was born on March 2nd, and half of 2 is 1, and half of March is September, I have lived my life believing that September 1st is my real half birthday. I suppose today, September the 2nd, could technically be considered my half birthday, as long as you ignore the fact that February only has 28 days.
So until the math wizards/marketers of the world figure out the exact science of calculating the half birthday, I will not except that today is my half birthday. That was yesterday, and today is actually my anniversary! Although it is a 'Thanksgiving' type anniversary, since it falls on a certain time of the month, not a certain day.
The first Wednesday of September will now and forever be the anniversary of
'Do You Hear What I Hear?', a cute little radio show that I have created and hosted for 2 years now on
CHUO 89.1 FM Ottawa. For those of you that have not heard of '
Do You Hear What I Hear?', it's like the 'eye spy with my little eye' of community radio. And I will admit, I have no idea what that means, but it sure does sound interesting.
Anyways, tonight on a very special 2-year anniversary of
'Do You Hear What I Hear?' Jay proposes to Whitney, Kevin finds out what it truly means to be a man, and the boys learn a valuable life lesson. Oh yeah, and I announce
something big!*
Tune in tonight at midnight EST to CHUO 89.1FM Ottawa. Or listen online at CHUO.FM
